Attorney Noah Fardo has over 20 years experience as a Pennsylvania trial lawyer who has handled a broad range of litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, business and real estate disputes. The primary focus of his practice is civil litigation.

Attorney Fardo has obtained million dollar and multi-million dollar recoveries in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. Mr. Fardo has successfully litigated lawsuits against some of the largest corporate and healthcare companies in the world including Google, Caterpillar, Walmart, Allegheny General Hospital and UPMC, all of which resolved in favor of his clients.

While Mr. Fardo’s law practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and serious personal injuries, he also has extensive trial experience in complex litigation cases involving business, financial and real estate disputes, especially Allegheny County property tax assessment appeals, which he started in 1999, and since that time the firm has helped over 5,000 clients reduce their property taxes.

 He has regularly practiced law in both the state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania state courts, the Federal Western District of Pennsylvania, the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
