Nicole has extensive experience concerning Allegheny County property assessments and at litigating cases in front of both the Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review (BPAAR) and Board of Viewers (BOV). She also routinely helps defend property owners in tax appeals filed by the school districts and other taxing entities. Her clients have consistently showed their appreciation over the years by praising Nicole's efforts.
In addition, Ms. Amick regularly advises clients on numerous real estate issues, including boundary disputes, eminent domain, agreements of sales, deed transfers and general Pennsylvania real estate law. In July 2014, Ms. Amick was the focus of an article by Pennsylvania Homes, where she discussed common Pennsylvania real estate disputes.

Nicole was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She is still an avid Buffalo sports fan, and has season tickets to the Buffalo Bills. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, traveling, cooking, and reading. She lives with her family in the South Hills.
